    Ordering my DVD's

If you'd like to purchase my DVD's, then here's what to do:

Firstly, email me:  erin@ejvideos.com   Tell me what you'd like, where you live and how you'd like to pay for it.  I'll reply with a total cost.

   New Zealand Domestic Orders

Since 2006, I've managed to keep the price at NZ$10.00 per DVD and the postage free for up to 9 DVD's posted anywhere in New Zealand.

Good news, the price hasn't changed and postage is still free in NZ.

   Overseas Orders

Each DVD is NZ$10.00 and I'll get back to you with a postage cost.
My DVD's are not available in NTSC format sorry.

   A note on postage

I post my DVD's in regular NZ Post plastic bags with the DVD's wrapped in bubble wrap. I now also place a piece of bubble wrap inside the case to help prevent the DVD from popping out and rattling around. It should reach you in excellent condition.

   Refunds / Returns

I'm happy to replace any item that is defective, postage free. However due to copyright protection, I'm unable to refund an item if you don't like it's content.

   Technical Issues

I burn my DVD's at 4x burn speed to ensure good data transfer. I haven't heard of any non playability issues with any type of DVD player or computer.

     Payment methods

Cash or Cheque (NZ Only):
I'll let you know my home address to send this to.

Internet/Personal Banking (NZ only):
I'll advise my account number for you to deposit the money into.

Credit Card (any country):
I'll use Paypal to send you an invoice. Paypal will ask you to pay for the invoice using your credit card. The entire process is painless and secure.

Bank Draft (overseas):
This will cost you a fortune and is not recommended.

  About AVCHD

AVCHD is a method of encoding Hi-Definition video files onto a DVD as opposed to using a BD-R (recordable Blu-ray disc).

Any DVD that is encoded with AVCHD will only play on Play Station 3 consoles and Blu-ray players that feature the   logo.

The good thing about this, is that I don't need to spend a fortune on purchasing Blu-ray media just so I can make a one hour HD production. I can instead burn it onto a DVD that Blu-ray players treat as a Blu-ray disc, and output the video as 1080i High Definition.

If you have a Blu-ray player and would like to view my productions that are available in HD but are unsure if it would work, email me and let me know your players model number, and I can confirm if we're good to go. I can also send you one of my trial discs that has about 10 minutes of footage on it.
