Internet banking

This is my preferred option. I'll advise my bank account number by return email. Payments made on weekday nights usually appear the next day. Payments made on the weekend usually appear on Tuesday. I'll post out the DVD's on the day the funds appear.

Bank deposit

If you prefer, you can trot on down to your local Westpac branch and deposit the cash direct into my bank account. I'll let you know the number by return email or over the phone. Choose a random number as the reference number and let me know what it is.

Cash / Cheque

I'm happy to accept personal or bank cheques, you can mail it to me or call in and see me if you live local. Chances are, I might come and see you. I'll let you know my address by email or over the phone.

Credit Card

Please do not email me your credit card details - it's unsafe and I can't process it anyway. What I will do is raise an invoice using PayPal. They will email you and tell you how to pay it using your credit card. It's safe, it's quick and it's easy. All you have to do is email me and tell me that you wish to pay using your credit card - I'll do the rest.

Note: Regretfully, I'll have to charge you a $3.00 surcharge for using Paypal. This is the cost I incur for their services per transaction.

Special Notes

Australian customers.

In the interests of good distributor/supplier relations, I'm unwilling to send any of my DVD's to Australia. You can however go to Train Pictures and order my products from them. Train Pictures have an excellent range of DVD's from producers world wide, including almost everything in my catalogue. I highly recommend them.

Refunds / Returns

I'm happy to replace a defective item postage free. Please be aware that some older model DVD players do not play DVD-R discs. Please check your machine's specifications prior to ordering to avoid any awkward situations.

As I am the copyright holder, I have the right to not accept returns or offer refunds if you decide that you don't like the contents. Sounds a bit harsh, but it protects me in this rampant world of illegal copying.

What do I do if I want a DVD ?

If you'd like to purchase a DVD or two, then the first thing to do is send me an email - the address is at the top of each page.

Instead of getting an automated reply, you'll actually get a reply from me.

Tell me what you want, and I'll confirm stock availability and the price. If you live in New Zealand, then postage is free.

If you live overseas, then I'll quote you a price that includes postage.

Tell me how you'd like to pay for it and we'll take it from there.

Payment is required prior to delivery.

Items provided at wholesale price will incur a postage charge.

If you don't have the internet and someone is showing you this page, then you can phone me. The number is at the top of the page, and we can work something out. If you get the answer machine, please leave a clear message and I'll get back to you.
